Not very juicy but great taste, red pigments in flesh, rough coloring on skin

Description

Orig. 1962, Fred Anderson, Merced, CA and Stark Brother's Nurseries, Louisiana, MO. Plant Patent No. 1947. Widely grown nectarine variety. Tree shows less vigor than most other peach and nectarine varieties. Reliable cropper. Susceptible to bacterial spot.
