Description

Introduced by the New Jersey Ag. Experiment Station in 1938, Sunhigh has been an important commercial variety for many years. The fruit is large, freestone, of exceptional quality and considered one of the best varieties for canning or freezing. It has yellow flesh and ripens 14 days before Elberta. 750 chill hours. Leaf glands are reniform and bloom is nonshowy. It is highly susceptible to bacterial spot. From Adams County Nursery.
